Senior Specialist / Manager HR
Employee Relations / Legal Affairs (m/f)




Tasks:
  • Working out guidelines with the HR team for the cooperation with the works council (Assessment of works council requests, definition of the legal framework and working out adequate solutions).
  • Representing the company in the negotiations with the employee representatives for the setting up of a European Works Council (EWC).
  • Working on company policies / proposals and participating in the meetings between the company and the Works Council.
  • Consulting for Executives in terms of Works Council cooperation.
  • General consulting in legal matters and verifying/amending contractual agreements with suppliers/business partners.
  • Working on HR tasks /projects.
Qualification:
  • Successfully completed legal studies (2nd state exam) or an University Degree in Economics/Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in HR for a company dealing with Works Council matters including a European Works Council – ideally in an international company of the automotive industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law.
  • Intercultural competence and very good command of the English language.
  • Diplomacy as well as ability to assert, flexibility and openness.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
