Coaching
Sparring partners for executives
At the end of the day, every case is unique and nearly every activity can be the subject and/or the centrepiece of a coaching session, as long as a more demanding form of brainstorming and/or consulting is involved. It is important to take into account the clients’ questions and/or problem definitions which he would like to address and tackle, as well as to find out why a sparring partner and professional support person is important to him/her.
